Registration

Registration for the Great Lakes Great Database Workshop is easy!

Just download the registration file (in a ZIP file) below and fill it out. Then email or fax it to Hentzenwerke (the form itself has more detailed instructions). (Zip up the file if sending it back via email to prevent casual snooping.) Download registration form here. (Info on card security code here.)

Conference Registration:

  Register by midnight, Monday, January 30 for $395
  By midnight, Friday, March 24 for $475
  By midnight, Friday, April 14, for $525
  By midnight, Friday, April 21, for $655
  $2,999,995 after April 24

Refund policy: Cancellations made before or on March 24 will be charged a $50 processing fee. People who cancel after March 24 are in Biiiiiiig Trouble! Seriously, you've got three choices. (1) Cancel your reservation completely be charged a $150 cancellation fee. In other words, your registration fee, less $150, will be refunded. (2) Transfer your registration to someone else for this year without penalty (although if you wait until the last minute, the other person may end up walking around with your nametag.) (3) Postpone your registration until the next conference with no penalty or extra charge. Note that the date, venue, and agenda for the next conference have not been decided as of yet.

Cancellations on or after April 14 are non-refundable and non-postponable.

Refreshments at breaks are provided Saturday morning and afternoon, Sunday morning and afternoon, and Monday morning.

Lunch:

Lunch is provided Saturday and Sunday.

Conference binder with session outlines and slides is provided.

Conference samples and source code are available for download from our website after the conference.
